You will receive a custom hand-illustrated, original painting created with ink, gouache, and watercolor on high-grade watercolor paper. I offer house portraits in horizontal or vertical orientations. Sizes offered are 8” x 10” or 12” x 16” inches.

After adding the house portrait kit to your cart, you will be prompted to email me photos of your home and let me know any special requests (ex: remove lawn sign). Outside of any notes you provide, I will use my artistic judgment to create the best house portrait for you. Customers must have the rights to the photo(s) they share for me to paint from. House portraits make excellent housewarming, sale, or closing gifts! Paintings will be painted and shipped within four to six weeks of receiving your photo.
